going from the price point of 12 cents to barely touching 15 cents in 5 days is not "positivity", specially when the volume has been nothing to speak of in comparison to what we have seen leading up to FDA ann.
the price action was more "positive" on the dead cat bounce when it did break the 15 cents resistance yet the pull back was even stronger.
