that 10 cents by 20th October is another lie .
I am sure i was asking a question or had a maybe at the end.
there is difference between making a statement and asking a question.
like when I say , “BOT will be 10 cents before the end of the year in coming days” that’s a statement.
if I say
”10 cent by the end of the week ? Maybe ?”
that’s a question.
