Did the FDA reject it? Or did they just ask for some changes, which aren't a real big deal to do, but unfortunately will slow the process down. It's all in the wording mate.
Current price is 50% higher than your 10c mark but you never know what the future has installed I suppose, but it's looking rosy at the moment.
