I understand the doom/gloom hype, there's obvious concerns with interest rates going up and possibly still climbing, and just about everything else apart from veggies by the looks of it. The Building sector has been hit hard with material price increases and loosing money on jobs, which has caused countless larger companies go under. ProBuild, Snowdon and nearly Metricon etc.

That said, this is the best time of the year to sell a home, so that's a positive as the market is still really keen, especially the Chinese. The Building sector is now starting to recover from the material price rise, they've factored that into their new contracts. The average Joe and his family will probably struggle over the coming years, with int rates, energy bills going up, and that will have an effect on retail, definetly, but Bot isn't in retail, so it shouldn't have any effect on Bot.

Also, the average Joe won't have shares in Bot as well, IMO the traders are mostly educated, have excess funds and understand that a longterm hold will give them rewards, and are happy to do that. And being that Bot is just around the corner of getting FDA approval and becoming a pharmo player, there's a lot look forward to. The existing owners of Bot shares that need to sell, because they can't pay their interest rates or energy bills are insignificant to the price, we can already see the accumulation going on, and the sellers are probably some of those already, no disrespect, you've got to do, what you've got to do.

So, I agree that sectors of the market will struggle this year, and definetly next year, but I'd be surprised if that will have an effect on the Health care sector, or Bot.

Hey mate, just responding to your last line there. XHJ has broken down under what has been a sideways trend since 2019 if you look on the monthly. This would be considered a major break in market structure and indicate it has been textbook distribution for circa four years. I’d be cautious suggesting the health care sector in Australia isn’t going to get affected
