not getting approval because of
adding / changing information ,
asking for further trials,
not achieving the desired outcome
are all rejections.
It is a "NO" if you did not get the "chocolates" at the end . I agree with what you said at the end, surely no one can be that stu...
If you still have doubt, look at the price action after the FDA ann.
