One view yes. But take a close look at the trading in PAA, past 7 days. Today anyone buying at the top 53c, were hammered back down to 33c. That hurts.
Those in pre TH probably faired better and hopefully took profits.
Those in for a while probably held and should be.ok.
Today should serve as a warning here that the chances of a pump n dump are high, just as PAA investors found out.
AND PAA only announced phase 1 top line results. They've likely got another 5 to 10 year journey and multiple CRs to come. BOT should be generating revenue by end if July.
