The candlestick for today is a harami or doji which is an indicator of a change in investor sentiment. Seeing as we have been in a bearish pattern for the past three days, the former indicates that we could see a more positive sentiment tomorrow.
I do not place a great deal of notice of candle stick or chart indications, but they are just one of the many tools at an investors disposal. I prefer bullish fundamentals anyday and todays announcement certainly has plenty of that.
