Firstly - not sure what I was thinking above re the rising three method, that isn't in play at all, but there is the chance of a three inside up still, tomorrow to confirm.

I'm a big believer that charts are the fundamentals in a picture but on top of that, price generally leads news so the chart will often get you in ahead of the fundamental herd. Individual, or even short term candlesticks/patterns aren't all that reliable though, longer term patterns are a much better guide i.e that 2 year base formed from the phase 1b acne results until the recent breakout says this has a long way north to travel yet.
