I agree with him.....
If big Pharma offers a Billion its 64c a share.
If the powers that be are happy with that and sell it , there's no earner for the brokers.
If they can convince us to bail at .25 to .30c they make a quid.
If you had 70 million shares you would have to be tempted at .64c surely?
