He seemed to have left HotCopper out of embarrassment. I don't blame him, you only needed the most basic primary school level research skills to figure out that this was going to go higher. FDA basically gave them approval with respect to safety and efficacy, the only issue they could find was a simple labelling issue, yet the market treated it as a complete rejection!
