I think it might be to a degree, but expect possibly a few more cents (high 20's/low 30's immediately prior to FDA). I haven't seen another update from EH since, but they were saying 30c or so, and a cynic could argue that was even with them trying to promote BOT. But all that matters is how the market feels about approval, so here's hoping FOMO pushes it along.
