why would they do a cap raise now. company's always do it after the positive news, especially with the positive news so imminent.
You could raise $20m now at 25cents or you can wait till after approval and raise $20m at 60cents a share with less than half the dilution.
They'd only raise now if they thought they'd have no hope of approval and share price was going to tank on approval. Given the way the share price is going I don't think it will be tanking on approval this time.
let's move on from the cap raise talk and go back to trying to predict potential revenue and takeover figures, that's much more exciting to calculate!
