My view is it is being managed through orchestrated buying and selling of smaller packages as best they can without significant investment until the news comes through as this should open the door to allow investment in a less speculative environment than before approval and less blow back in the event they did load up and there was an issue.

You cannot tell me honestly that with this news in the pipe, every time we get above that 30c mark we have an influx of investors saying oh, i am willing to sell now at 28-30c.

This is just a patience game and a lack of growth ahead of announcement shouldn't mean that the fair value post announcement would be proportionally less as a result.

I personally have sold out of a mining explorer stock to purchase more here with the view this will go higher at a a faster rate and i can therefore increase my base share holdings in that stock (which is really a 2-3 year prospect) off these profits
