There is no logic in CR now..we are 2 weeks away from FDA and first sales..
CR upon FDA approval - makes no sense either..let first 3-6 months dictate your destiny and raise then if you want to expand faster but with solid margins and a line of credit ( which business can easly obtain because of FDA) - I see no prudent why they would do it..
Remember 20-30 sales people- this is only increase ra cost we will have and that is usd 5mln...hired to Sell!!!
COGS - should ..be low under usd 50per bottle max.
Product will sell at 750 less 15-20% given to middle man ( dermatologist, telesales, distributors, promotoers)..business will inly produce if it can sell..
Marketing cost - max 3mln in first year..( digital spend (on TickTok, FB, etc)
if we make in first year say usd 100mln( we need to find 30 000 customers @ 6 prescribtions per year) in Net Sales..I expect at least 40% of it will be net profit or cash..
so, the cash we have is enough for a good 12-18months run..
