I'm not sure why you compare share prices, those are not comparable due to the very different numbers of shares outstanding. The market cap of BOT is actually around the same as CUV after you add the effect of the cap raise, so your comparison makes CUV look substantially cheaper relative to BOT...

I still do agree, like with CUV, BOT is priced far too low relative to both its existing fundamentals but more importantly, it pipeline.
