There is another possible outcome. It would be mind-boggling if it happened though.
Imagine if those 222 million shares were bought/offered to one company. Then that company offered Bot a buyout for the rest.
They pay $70 mill but get the rest 20% cheaper. So if Vince pulled another diamond out of his bum and sold Bot for $5, Bot would win, we would win and they would win. All sounds very dodgey but you never know.
There is another possible outcome. It would be mind-boggling if...
