Not factored in - and the problem is that in certain areas the numbers don't match well to industry averages or other reports.
Industry average COGS for Pharma is around 26% of Nett Sales Price - EH say $103/unit @ $540 Nett Sales Price - which is around 19%.
The NHI listed drug price for ECCLOCK® in Japan is ¥243.70 per gram, which is ¥4,874.00 (USD $46.47) for a 20 gram bottle or approximately a two-week supply. Now - It's only a 5% SOFD product and cost doesn't scale proportionately, but if it did that would still only make it US$116 for the 12.5% SOFD - and at Pharma Avg would give a COGS of around US$30. That would mean the US COGS % would be <6% - which seems incredibly low.
