Hmm... just thinking a little and it occurred to me that a point may have been missed around the CR. There are now (with those oppies) around 235 million new shares in play, and that may be an effective barrier against a takeover attempt. And there are plenty of shareholders who are holding out for the development of the BOT pipeline and an ongoing income from dividends.
