Their platform is establishing a direct pathway to telehealth for visible dermatological conditions. Rx provided direct to patient - using upscript then ordered and sent direct to patient. This model cuts out dealing with pharmaceutical wholesaler who takes their cut then ships to patient. This platform is super valuable. Matt C spoke to this recently. This is why BOT keeps talking about how valuable the platform model is. Solves a broken pharmacy system and has only changed so quickly due to COVID and the comprehensive uptake of online tech in medicine. Think about a patient with Rosace/ Acne etc…. Sees doctor online, doc writes rx, ships medicine direct to patient using BOTS platform as already established and functioning saving other companies cost of setting this up. So my understanding was not just great for Sofdra and their own products but great for any diagnosable visible dermatology condition.
