Yes, Japan are selling Ecclock - the 5% version of Sofdra. That is also what will be selling in South Korea - eventually (licensing granted, sales yet to commence). Indeed, Ecclock sales should be up. Won't make much difference to BOT's bottom line, but it will provide further encouragement and reassurance to the market for what will be outrageous success in the US.
