Perhaps you don't have the nerves needed for day trading and you should pick a longer term horizon.
The big boys have bids and offers at fractions of a pip (claiming to provide liquidity but actually aiming to ambush bids and offers) and I am sure their brokerage is lower than we muppets pay. They also use bots and possibly co-operative ones all the better to take us to the cleaners.
The partial antidote is to leave the day-trading to the experts, raising your trading horizon to perhaps a week or month; apply more FA and less TA; use the bottom draw; find a distraction from trading.
