Hopefully we'll hear a little about the Patient Experience Program (PEP) - is it underway, 'how' is it underway, what feedback are they getting, who will see the results of the PEP, how will it be communicated or shared, etc. They were saying they were going to start the PEP in Q3, so maybe a little early, maybe not.
But even if it was simply a summary of what we already know, it is another market announcement, another opportunity to put what BOT is achieving before new sets of eyes. Naturally actual sales figures will be the real treat when they eventually come.
