I am not assuming this is a hoax, nor do i think it will not succeed, i am simply stating i think it will drop under 20 and my buy at 18 will get filled, there's a big element in play here you are all to blind to see, and no i wont enlighten you.

6% on that amount of capital raised is not normal, 6% is standard for a spec trying to raise a few million, any figure in the $10 of millions usually comes with a very stringent set of clauses not a 6% fee and a large discount.
