Quite obvious they have put an accumulation cap on at 39.5. Yesterdays buying would have thought in some hot money so they put a very large sell at 39.5 and buy up everything sold at 39. They are backing that there is more impatient money that there are $600 buyers. Soon enough they will either remove it or more likely just buy it off themselves. This won't stay sub 40 for long.
