I don't know that much about MSB to be honest but once you get approval, there is still much time to get all the insurance Companies etc involved.
You know that, it's a lengthy process. I do like the concept of their pain management trial in an earlier phase .Recruiting already of course. That promises plenty if they come up with the goods. Market cap and opportunity is where it's at at the end of the day. MSB, third time lucky ? You would think so.
