21.5c is the floor for BOT. THat's the CP price and it's where the wall of buyers sat. If the downside risk is strongly limited to that price and the upside potential reward seems to be anything sub-30c then it's made buying BOT a good risk/return investment and it seems today has borne that out. Another tank in the US may always flick it down again but I would take that as a top-up chance.
