Panic is my favourite time to buy when fundamentals are both good and unchanged (as far as we retailers know), always provides a nice discount.
Also from a TA perspective, a 40-50% pull-back without any notable change in fundamentals is a good indicator of a big bump when it does rally. I've seen it numerous times in other stocks I've tracked but not bought. I've seen a sharp dip of 40%+ turn in a week of high volume trading to then smash through the high that it dropped from in a relatively short span of time. Have also seen the same but with a much more slow but sustained rally back up over the high. But in both instances they have turned one 1-3 weeks of high volume.
