the initial draw down is for production and other costs associated with the large use of inventory and the fact that its immediately necessary says to me that they had to use the funds from the latest CR and that spells sales to me.
they reserve the right to use the rest over the coming year up until October 2026 under the terms if I am correct so that’s what they mean by using it over the coming year for expansion of the platform which in my opinion can only mean other products added as opportunities come and I think some are being considered already.
its all behind closed doors but when it is announced the overall market will get on board I believe.
