Basically a flush you could say is when a stock sells off relatively quickly below what might be perceived as a good key support area or a good buying area.
Value buyers would be looking at BOT and maybe multiple stocks that they think the future value is not priced in, so they may be looking to buy a flush as described above to get a lower entry price.
