The average success rate of all ph2 trials is about a third, as of 2016 according to Wikipedia. It's the toughest one. I think ph3 success rate is closer to 80%
So while there will likely be tentative investors waiting for that to happen before buying in, with how BOT has structured their trials, a successful ph2 acne should substantially improve confidence that the rest of the products will be successful.
