I'm unsure of what proof you are talking about. You say ZERO proof of a successful ramp up when all the proof and information that you would expect to be available is available. The proof of revenue and sales numbers of the June quarter can't be produced yet because we are still in June.
We did get our very first taste and "proof" in the last quarterly and that proved that the early stage and transition into the ramp up went as expected and then some. We do have not proof but clear indications that sales are progressing well due to the additional hiring and the comments by management regarding the ramp up exceeding their expectations.
We know what expectations management have publicly set and can gage that that can be set as a base expectation for shareholders now as otherwise management would have a lot of explaining to do if sales came out to be below the projections they made.
Management could of course be lying or be so incompetent that they are misjudging the success of the roll out of the ramp up, however, I would point to the quality of our management team and ask do you expect them to be lying or be incapable of making an accurate assessment of the way in which the ramp up is going?
I do agree that there is never anything for certain and that risk is always present in one form or another whether the risk is anticipated or not. There is no sure thing and no guarantees, however, to say that we have ZERO proof of a successful ramp up is in my view ignoring available information.
I agree that the chart has not yet printed any reversal signal and there is never any guarantee of one playing out though I feel that the sell down by the instos was very much their usual playbook. We will with a bit of patience soon know whether they were happy to just offload their shares due to wanting less exposure in the stock (my opinion and opinion only is that the sell down was quite aggressive and if all you want to do is sell shares at the best possible price they may have wanted to maintain the price at a higher level for longer to book a greater profit) or they were looking to trigger stop losses on a technical basis to ultimately accumulate more shares at a low price.
Previously shown broker data indicates that instos sold quite a bit and if as I suspect (again my opinion only) they sold down to accumulate low, they will soon look to add to their portfolios which would cause the sp to increase prior to the quarterly.
Of course, if they are happy with their reduced holdings, this won't happen but a good result in the quarterly's should then still have the same effect. Personally, I'm happy to hold either way until the quarterly.
