I like the way the buy side is growing nicely over the sells. It's down from around 80% sells against buys to now less than 60%.
Also, alot of the sales going through appear to be buyers 'jumping in' instead of sellers 'selling down' to the market.
this is roughly what has happened on the last few times we stretched our legs.
still plenty of ups/downs to come of course, but a good short term sign in my book.
