A positive PH2 result is NOT already factored into the SP.. This is one of the biggest milestones for BOT to date (and similarly for any other Pharma companies out there doing PH2 studies) and BOT's biggest draw card for the rest of her pipeline products..

Once she proves major positive results many a sideline big investor/company will be wanting a chomp at the bit.. always a risk until the fat lady has sung.. so hence the sp hovering where she is until the bell tolls then the big boyz join the poker table not with the measly single biscuits we are playing with but with a packet of biscuits....
