The CEO has already come out and said, they WILL NOT be using any of the 40 million for the phase three Acne trial.
So stands to logic, if they do go ahead with it, they will need to do a CR as they currently have no money that they are willing to use to fund it.
Only mention it now, because I assume they will offer a discount to market rate... might get a better deal then than today/tomorrow.
