If only drug development was that simple, there is lot more that could occur in animals and people. Petrie dish and skin cells done in insolation is not always transferable to living organism. CBD has very low bioavailability (6%) and high protein binding which you would not see then effects of until you treat people or animals. It’s an intriguing hypothesis but we are long way from any counting our chickens.
