Let’s be fair, he joined May 20, 2019(see IR tab on website) after reportedly doing more than 6 months of due diligence on the company. Following that Psoriasis, acne and AD all reported disappointing data. Psoriasis 1st patient treated (IR tab) was November 7, 2018, Acne as per Investor Deck released Jan 31, 2019 (IR Tab) started enrollment in US during 4Q 2018 and AD study was approved to start Dec 18, 2018 ( IR tab) so all of those are within the due diligence period and I hope MC and company would have taken his input if any during that timeframe. I am not saying he would or wouldnt have had any influence because it’s not typical for CEO to have that level of involvement anyway especially since his background is from the commercial side. But if he does have that level of involvement there was plenty of time to share success and blame for the outcomes we can’t pick and choose based on the storyline we wish to promote.
