I think Plan A was a US pharmaceutical company but this would be expensive and was perceived as problematic.
Plan B was an Australian/US company with BTX 1503 as this would be less expensive, but still problematic.
Plan C - BTX 1801 - was the answer to Plan B problematicity.
I believe Vince arrived after BTX 1801, well-aware of the FDA's ability to give foreign pharmaceutical companies the runaround, but impressed by Botanix' ability to roll with and absorb the punches.
