There is nothing that algo traders can do that we can't. Plenty of brokers offer centre point orders, plenty of brokers will let you trade in tiny parcels, you just need a deal with a broker where you pay a percentage with no minimum(I've been offered such deals myself) to make it economical to do. Really all an algo bot does is implement a human's trading plan with additional speed and no emotional bias
