Hit it on the head @milesy "But the timing and pricing of the CRs have left the company awash with shares and me weary about trusting that side of the business." The mispricing of CR s has led the company's share price to far more diluted than necessary. We now have approx 3/4 Billion shares on issue when it could have been far less. Matt's cavalier attitude to CRs could have fatally impacted on value accretion for BOT. Even if all products are successful in their trials the benefit to shareholders will be far less than it could of been.
I have been a big fan of BOT for several years but now I only regard as another promising small cap and have accordingly reduced the percentage of BOT in my portfolio.
