I'm often bemused when people moan on "we're being diluted"
WTF? You expect the company to run on thin air. It's part of life. You have bills to pay and you have to get the dollars to pay it.
How did you expect to go 12 months up the road?
If you raise at absolute highs or on the top of the spike to me that's a sign of greed. That's not playing the long term game - you loose credibility - as we know what happens next price retreats and new holders are trapped in a stock.
Fark some shareholders are just so self centred

Sorry it's not about you it's about the greater good the Company not loosing credibility in the eyes of the market.
So you need to raise money at a price that represents fair value and still offers some chance of reward. Otherwise why do it?
