The BOD duty is to work in the best interest of their shareholders, not future holders, not people taking a CR, it's current shareholders. This nonsense about leaving value for the placement takers is just that, nonsense. The company should be raising money at the highest possible price, that IS in the best interests of the company and it's the directors legal responsibility to do so!
BOT specific, well it seems for whatever reason that 11c was the highest they were able to raise. The first one I didn't think was too bad, the second one left me scratching my head. But it's done, it's well in the past and it's now time to be focusing on the news flow across the rest of this year and into next.
