You've cause me to step back and rethink the theory
. A breakout occurs when resistance is broken.. resistance is no doubt .12, so breakout will occur at .125 and maybe its just one more ANN to send us back into an uptrend where we rightfully should be. Rejigged the chart and move the GANN to the beginning of the rise 1/9/20 . Hopefully its a bit easier for ya'll to follow my wild thoughts.
