[1] Plural (patents) not singular (patent).
[2] Best to read the patent applications and especially the claims and tell us what you think.
[3] ... any Tom, Dick or Harry can file a patent application (I have filed a few) but in case of litigation
(a) is there case?
(b) does Tom, Dick or Harry have enough money to fight?
(c) if the case is "won" is the remedy of any benefit?
[4] So many questions and so few answers.
