For anyone who's deflated, I just want to point out that ECS recently entered into an agreement with Sunpharma and got sold into. Currently trading 10% less than what they closed at before ann.
A lot of people pointed out that BOT ann's always got sold into which has been true but seems like we're not the only ones.
