The 5,000,000 that went through yesterday at 10:54:11 was a Special Crossing on the Chix exchange.
Client to client with the same broker or through another broker? It doesn't really matter, but usually when you see big crossings like that it indicates a final flush of whoever was selling.
That is, someone has put their hand and said "yep I will have those 5m thanks" and then the big seller disappears.
Only time will tell if this is the case, but I see it as a good sign that is the bottom barring any black swan events.
The rest of this week will be telling IMHO.
