I don't think it is about "weak hands". I think it is more about patience, something the market does not have. like is, the @market" is awaiting advice about the mid-cycle review and is impatient that the review is not out yet. Everyone seems to expect a good result, but the longer it takes for the report to arrive, the less patience the market is displaying and so the share price remains stubbornly whee it is. Once that review is released so will a collective breath be released from the market and serious investors can start to take their positions on the starting grid (no apologies for the F1 carnival analogy).
