The only thing I'll add is, it is a treatment, not a cure, so assuming it is effective, has minimal side effects, and is affordable via insurance, then it would be a reasonable to assume a good proportion of people would stick with it long term. There will be some turnover, but hopefully the new adopters will outpace the people who leave it, and the market share grows over time.
