Yes yes. Price games can push this one around. Usually down. Sometimes up. Been around since 2017.. It's been a long ride.
I'm no expert, but I think those tiny sales are often quant strategies for insto's given that they are able to transact well below the minimum threshold. Also fills on market orders, but who sells 2 shares if you know what I'm saying.
