Silvahman post was fair and honest enought but peronsally if there is capital raising then I'm hoping it will eventuate in the form of existing holders who have shares will be offered options.

E.g: just say I have 500K in shares now and there worth 20c. $100K total.
Ok what if they said that all shares holder could participate in a capital funding option investment, like;
I could buy 50% of the exact value that I currently own =500,000K / 2 = 250.000k shares and if I do, then I'll get equal options (250,000) at a discounted rate, say 10c with a 10c conversion rate.

So effectively, I currently own $100K shares but if I buy and extra $50K I will get some option for free valued at $25K with an expiration date for say 3 years and to convert them to real shares will cost me an additional $25K.

Bang, to do the deal I hand over $50K but make $25 in the process. All going well my shares are now a total of 750,000 shares, valued in a year from now, say $1.00. I have another 250,000 options say valued at 80c (allowing for a bit less as options aren't as secure).

Therefore the deal in one year is as follows.
Inital investment = 500,000 shares at $1.00 = $500,000.00
New stocks purcased - 250,000 @ 1.00 $250,000.00
Option 250,000 @ 80c =$200,000
Total assest = $950,000.00

Initial purchase for offer = $50k
Profit if it goes to $1.00 including options at $0.80c = $400.000.00
