What is suspicious about the wall is there appears to be great confidence or there is a big drive to maintain it. It keeps getting reloaded. Note that the sell prices behind this have barely altered over the past 1-2 weeks. Seems like someone is confident they will continue to control the share price and things won’t run away from them. I am dubious that this will shift anytime soon.
